Welcome to Namami Shree Ramam Ji Homestay. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, kindly review the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: any time [ except 12.00 am – 4.00 am], however, guests with advance booking ,will be attended to check in , in this period too.
  • Check-out Time: By 24 hours .
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges on the discretion of management.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, and other approved methods.

3. Guest Identification

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made 2 days before arrival: Full refund.
  • Cancellation made within 1 day/same day of arrival: Refund subject to management discretion.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Occupancy & Visitors

  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  • Visitors are allowed only with prior permission from management.
  • Additional guests may attract extra charges.

6. Property Care

  • Guests are requested to treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care.
  • Any damage or loss caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

7. Noise & Conduct

  • Kindly maintain peace and respect fellow guests and neighbors.
  • Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

8. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms.
  • Alcohol consumption is not supposed to do by the guests ,in the premises of Namami Shree Ramaam ji- home stay unit .

9. Safety & Valuables

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Management shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

10. Cleanliness & Environment

  • Please help us maintain cleanliness and conserve water and electricity.
  • Waste should be disposed of responsibly.

11. Pets

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval from management (if applicable).

12. Force Majeure

  • Namami Shree Ramam Ji Homestay shall not be held responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, or events beyond our control.

13. Right to Refuse Service

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay for misconduct, violation of policies, or illegal activities without refund.
